Exploration Update - El Reventon
International Northair Mines Ltd. (TSXV:INM) is pleased to provide an update on the exploration program underway at the El Reventon Project, located in the State of Durango, Mexico.
Since the end of the rainy season, geological teams have been engaged in a program of geological mapping, sampling and stream sediment sampling. The geological mapping program is designed to increase our knowledge of the El Reventon Breccia (where initial sampling returned 52 metres of 166.5 g/t silver with associated lead and zinc) and its relationship with adjacent geologically similar occurrences and bring the project to the drilling stage. As well, this program will expand the geological understanding of the remainder of the property and the eleven mineralized zones discovered to date.
Geological mapping has shown that a strong north easterly structural trend with related intrusive dykes and stocks is increasingly apparent on the property. This provides further evidence that the El Reventon Breccia and the Los Alisos occurrence (500 metres to the southwest with values up to 97 g/t silver) are possibly connected, or at least share the same intrusive. This could have significant positive implications for the size of the mineralized bodies.
Exploration on the project continues and assay results will be released as received and interpreted by geological staff. Concurrently, the Company continues its active generative program in the Sierra Madre Occidental of western Mexico.
Exploration programs in Mexico are supervised by Mr. Jim Robinson, Vice President of the Company, who is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The Company maintains a quality control program using best industry practices consistent with NI 43-101.
ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD,
INTERNATIONAL NORTHAIR MINES LTD.
