Company Announces Granting of Stock Options

International Northair Mines Ltd. (TSXV:INM) announces that it has granted an additional 80,000 incentive stock options under its Stock Option Plan (the �Plan�) to officers and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable on or before June 17, 2009 at a price of $0.40 per share.
